The H2O Boy WATERMEISTER X-14

The WATERMEISTER X-14 is the latest improvement the WATERMEISTER Series.  H2O Boy has re-designed this model with a whole new and innovative mold. A steel frame is needed to support the unit level due to the false bottom. Larger coalescing chamber settles out more dirt and sludge and allows it to be drained seperately from the main recycled water flow. The better the unit settles out the sludge, the longer the life of the polishing filters. The unit has two oversized polishing filters, these have twice the area of the standard sized ones.

The X-14 is a closed-loop recovery system, designed for the heaviest application of wash water. Dirt, oils and heavy metals are removed down to five microns, allowing wash water to be used indefinitely with zero discharge to the sewer system.

Increased efficiency of the model X-14 is due to its innovative design with a greater water capacity and V-shaped bottom allowing improved settling time for suspended solids which helps prolong the life of the polishing filters.

Oleophilic (oil attracting) coalescing plates, reusable oil filtering foam media, oil absorption skimmer media and provide improve wash water clarity. A two step polishing filter manifold removes suspended particles down to five microns at the rate of up to 14 gallons per minute. The excess water is picked up by using a two stage vacuum recovery system.

This wash water recycle unit is designed as a mobile washing unit and is compliant with the EPA regulations.
