The polyethylene resin is FDA approved so that you can store potable water without fear of it becoming contaminated. Manufactured to handle extreme conditions, these tanks will stand up well in frigid temperatures. The UV-stabilized resin extends the life of these tanks and slows down sun damage. Available colors include natural white, green and black. When keeping tanks outside, store water in the black or green tanks to slow the growth of waterborne algae. The natural white tank is translucent and good for viewing content levels. This is a 1.2 specific gravity tank.
