These plastic storage tanks are made of resilient polyethylene resin and can keep their cylindrical shape even after being severely distorted. The resin is UV stabilized to extend the life of the tanks. Their low temperature impact strength prevents cracking in frigid weather. Because these tanks are rust-resistant and have no seams, you do not have to worry about leaks. People commonly use these tanks to store potable water, industrial and agricultural chemicals, liquid fertilizer and liquid feed. These tanks are equipped with a 16-inch vented lid which provides ample room for filling and cleaning them. Gallon calibrations are molded into the tank for accurate measurements. This is a 1.5 specific gravity tank.
