Because these are 12500 gallon tanks, you can use them for fire sprinkler systems, irrigation, agriculture, rainwater harvesting, municipal utilities, manufacturing and industrial purposes. These tanks are made of FDA-approved polyethylene resin so that you can store potable water. The resin is also UV stabilized, which means these tanks will stand up well outdoors. These tanks feature low temperature impact resistance and will not crack easily in cold weather conditions. Black and green tanks are able to block out the green spectrum of light, which slows the growth of waterborne algae. This is a 1.2 specific gravity tank.
