BioMicrobics MicroFAST® 3.0 Commercial Wastewater Treatment System (3000 GPD)

Capacity: 3000 gallons per day (GPD), rated for approximately 10 population equivalents.

Piping Requirements: 4" inlet/outlet connections and a 3" minimum vent pipe.

Tank Requirements: The outer tank is not included and must be customer-supplied (concrete, plastic, or fiberglass). The tank must accommodate a minimum settling zone of 375 gallons and a treatment zone of 540 gallons.

Process: Employs Fixed Activated Sludge Treatment (FAST®) technology. A patented airlift device continuously recirculates oxygenated water through submerged fixed-film media inside a polymer liner, enabling microorganisms to digest organic waste and reduce nutrients.

Included System Items: MicroFAST 0.625 polymer liner insert, a control panel, and a small above-grade weatherproof air blower (the process's only moving part).

Certifications & Regulatory: The FAST® product line is NSF/ANSI 245-certified for nitrogen reduction. Model-specific listings and state/local regulatory approvals (e.g., FL DOH, TCEQ) require verification prior to installation.
