For more versatility, the commercial Liquidator 2 operates similarly, with its aluminum indicator driven by a weighted float and balanced by a counterweight. The indicator slides on a 2" guide PVC or galvanized steel conduit pipe (not included).

It's compatible with concrete, fiberglass, plastic, timber, corrugated steel, and steel panel tanks, whether round, oval, or square. The Liquidator 2's polyethylene float is the only component that contacts the liquid, making it compatible with a broad range of substances. Beyond the standard Liquidator features, the Liquidator 2 offers several additional benefits:

• Separate Pulley Housings: For flexible mounting, the pulley housings can be detached and connected by a 1/2" horizontal pipe. This allows the float to be positioned away from the tank edge or higher on the roof if needed. The gauge also comes ready to mount near the tank roof edge.

• Adaptable to Roof Shapes: The pivoted pulley housing accommodates steep roofs, and its base can be shaped to conform to modern plastic tanks with ribs or bulges.

• Simple Installation with Common Guide Pipe: The Liquidator 2 is designed to work with readily available 2" round PVC or galvanized steel conduit pipe (not included). It can also utilize 2" square thin-wall galvanized or aluminum tubes, or the slightly smaller 50mm square tubes. Installation typically requires only simple tools and a few small holes drilled in the tank roof. The float is the only internal component and easily fits through a manhole.

• Insect and Weatherproof Design: All moving parts of the Liquidator 2 are fully enclosed, preventing insect entry through a close-fitting floating grommet where the indicator cord emerges. The gauge is also dust and weatherproof. For complete security against rain, hail, or snow, silicone rubber should be used during installation to ensure a full seal.
