NFPA 22 Fire Protection Tanks

Tanks for fire protection are in high demand due to increased regulations and insurance industry requirements. The Tank Depot, distributes a wide variety of options to customize tanks, for this purpose. We work with vendors who can individually engineer tanks to serve as dedicated reservoirs and water supply configurations for commercial, industrial, and municipal applications. A fire protection tank can be designed according to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-22), Factory Manual (FM) and American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards.

Tank Depot is a distributor of tanks that are engineered to be a long lasting and economical solution for fire protection water storage. Our modular bolted design makes installation a breeze and requires no welding or field coating. Glass to Fused Steel Tanks

Fusing glass to steel is rapidly becoming the premier technology in the tank industry today. This process, which involves heating the steel to over 1500 degrees and then applying a coating of silica glass, creates an enamel surface that never needs to be painted and is ideal for the storage of drinking water, bulk materials, wastewater or even bio-solids storage. This type of tank is also referred to as Enamel Tanks, GFS Tanks, or Glass Fused Bolted Steel Tanks.

Carbon Steel Tanks

Carbon steel tanks are available in a wide range of sizes and are complemented by high-quality fittings - flanges, couplings, manways, thief hatches and gaskets. Professionally-installed internal linings prevent corrosive solutions from reducing tank life. Tank-Depot standard tanks will be internally lined with either Nova-Plate 360 or Enviroline 2405. External coatings are offered in a variety of colors.

Galvanized & Stainless Steel Water Storage Tanks

Galvanized & stainless steel water tanks range from a storage capacity of 80 gallons to 3750 gallons. Steel tanks will not break down in UV light, discolor the tank shell, nor crack in below freezing conditions.
